Horrible, isn't it? <BR/><BR/>What sometimes works for me is a change of pattern. If I've been in the habit of a glass or two of wine every night, I'll stop, and drink nothing for a fortnight. That will usually let me sleep through again.<BR/><BR/>Conversely, if I <I>haven't</I> been drinking much at all, I'll take it up again.<BR/><BR/>Either seems to work - it's the change of routine I guess.<BR/><BR/>Oh, and while we were in Lyndhurst I bought a little tin of Badger's Sleep Balm which I think helps, too. Have certainly had fewer sleepness nights since I bought it (or is it simply that I've stopped worrying the weekend will be a disaster, now it's over!)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
