Bull - a 50 word photo-story

Your boyfriend says the signs are to stop walkers crossing the fields. That’s why it’s essential to ignore them. He’ll go behind you to make sure you’re safe. It’s only in the middle of the field, when there’s no turning back, you realise the thudding steps following you aren’t his.

If potential partners had forehead warning signs, she would've been fine. As it was, there had been no way for her to have known that he was always going to get the hump. Now, they were on the skids and where she once fallen, an avalanche tumbled onto his head.

My Gramps says he knows a place where they grow dragon’s teeth. And scales from prehistoric fish. He says that’s how we know about dragons and prehistoric fish. There’s a corner where you can plant sweets and they multiply. If it’s that good, I’m going to plant him there, too.

He stood in the field; tall, proud, with a stud through his tongue and a ring in his nose. He held out his heavily tattooed arms towards me in welcome.
'Come in' he said, 'I hated working in the china shop, but I think being a scarecrow is even worse!'

And thanks too to Kathryn, Vanessa and SarahBee - brilliant!

I have a bull, you know. He lives in Gretna Green and is called Deeday. But maybe I've told you all that story several hundred times before...
