Dust - a 50 word photo-story

Bea began leaking on the Friday after work. All weekend she was thirsty. People started wiping their hands after they’d been near her. When she noticed how she left puddles if she stood too long, she moved faster. Drops of her landed everywhere, but everyone just brushed them away, unconcerned.

This has got to be my favourite one of yours so far!

Flora used to dread Christmas. Stuck in the house day after day, she spent hours fretting over how she would afford presents for her friends. Not so now. Throughout the year, she vacuums thoroughly. By November, her collection of dust is ready to be moistened and moulded into little santas.

Thanks Kathryn! And I love your christmas pressie idea - not least because her collection of dust would also contain her own dead skin cells. A lovely morbid present?!

Hello Sarah, I found your link on Reading the Signs' blog roll. Love what you do here, and the 50 word photo-stories are just too brilliant - the concept as well as the stories themselves.

I will be back. Thank you, your blog is a delight.
