Yes, i enjoyed that. Do you actually use a tyewriter? A writer friend of mine has just gone back to using his.
Great posts . . . and wonderful early typewriter advertisements.
I have one fully-restored typewriter from each decade going from the 1900's through the 1960's.
I used them for correspondence, and people love receiving a letter typed on one.
I am thinking about it, Neil, but I do have a link to software that makes all the typewriter noises for your laptop! I'll try to dig it out. It's the visual side I love, how the letters actually rise up one by one.
