I love this. It's much better than what my advanced composition instructor said years ago. I can't quote him exactly but remember it was something to the effect that we would start out thinking we had something important to write only to find out that someone had already said it and said it better. Not exactly inspiring, although in total, he really did inspire in me an appreciation for my (unfulfilled) writing talent.
