Don’t go to any trouble, he says. He means it. He’s going to tell her it’s not her fault, it’s his. He’s not worth the trouble she goes to. He won’t say it embarrasses him. That one month together isn’t worth celebrating anyway. She should get a life. Without him.

You know that expression, 'they operate like humans'? I'd been warned but well, I didn't realise how true it was. I'm gutted. No babies for me now. All I can do all day now is eat pellets and clean my ears. I should have run when I had the chance.
I should add here that I'm feeling rather guilty this morning as our two little female rabbits are extremely sore, having been spayed yesterday!
